Reservation & cancelation policy

Please read and understand our reservation and cancellation policy before making your reservation. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

1.) The allowed number of guests is based on each reservation. However, there must never be more guests in the house than the number of guests on the reservation.

2.) The number of guests in the accommodation must not exceed the maximum occupancy limit specified for each house.

3.) Your reservation is confirmed after email confirmation and receiving the voucher. 30% of the payment has to be made to confirm the reservation. The rest of the payment must be made before arrival.

4.) Changes to Reservation: Changes to reservation dates or other details are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.

5.) Reservations can be canceled up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in time without incurring any charges.

6.) Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or by calling our reservation department during office hours. Please provide your reservation details for quicker processing.

7.) No-Show: If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not canceled their reservation, they will be charged for the entire stay.

8.) Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-14 business days and issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

House rules

Guests are expected to follow our house rules and guidelines, which will be provided upon check-in. Failure to comply may result in eviction without a refund.

1.)  Check-in: 3 pm – 8 pm (15.00 – 20.00)
Check-out: 8 am – 11 am (8.00 – 11.00)

2.) Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 18 to make a reservation. All guests must provide personal ID or PASSPORT at check-in due to state regulations.

3.) Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Damage done will be validated by the owner, and guests must compensate for the damage based on the owner’s assessment.

4.) Pets are allowed.

5.) Parties are not allowed.

6.) Smoking is prohibited in the houses.

7.) Guests cannot make noise between 10 pm and 7 am (22.00 – 7.00).
