The air-conditioned or heated Holiday House Hrast accommodates up to 4 guests. The house features two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living area with a kitchen and a living room with an LCD TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a convenient microwave, and essential kitchenware. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a sink, and toiletries (oil shower gel and body care milk from Afrodita natural cosmetics, hairdryer, and toilet paper). Bed linen and towels are provided.

The Holiday House Hrast also offers a charming terrace with picturesque panoramic views, providing the perfect spot for relaxation. The house features several amenities, such as a private hot tub and the possibility of breakfast & other culinary delights. Guests can also use the outdoor Finnish sauna for an additional fee. The BBQ is also located in the common area. Guests at Holiday House Hrast can enjoy free parking and WiFi. Moreover, pets are welcome for free.

Reservation & Cancelation policy

RESERVATION

1.) Reservations must be made through our official website or by contacting us by phone or e-mail.

2.) A reservation is considered confirmed once the guest receives a voucher on their provided email address. This voucher will serve as proof of your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1.) Cancellation Periods: Reservations can be canceled up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in time without incurring any charges.

2.) Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via e-mail or by calling our reservation department during office hours. Please provide your reservation details for quicker processing.

3.) No-Show: If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not canceled their reservation, they will be charged for the entire stay.

4.) Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-14 business days and will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.) Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 18 to make a reservation.

2.) Occupancy Limits: The number of guests in the house must not exceed the maximum occupancy limit specified for each house.

3.) Changes to Reservation: Changes to reservation dates or other details are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.

4.) House Rules: Guests are expected to follow our house rules and guidelines, which will be provided upon check-in. Failure to comply may result in eviction without a refund.

5.) All guests must provide personal ID or PASSPORT at check-in due to state regulations.
